12 of us just spent a golf week at the Hatchwell's home in Buckeye Az. and had a blast, everything you need was already there. The home was well stocked with all the little things you usually have to buy once you arrive, spices, condiments, etc. there was even a wide variety of libations on hand to partake in which of course we did and contributed to when we left, they really treat you right. We played 13 rounds in 6 days came home barbequed, ate, swam ,hot-tubbed,played cards, watched hockey, sipped margueritas, crashed, got up and did it all over again.I am sure our group will be back next year for our 10th anniversary trip. THANKS LORETTA IT WAS GREAT!!! |

We just spent a wonderful week in Buckeye AZ at the Hatchwells beautiful home. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary by having all of our family come and stay with us. The ages of the children ranged from 4-12 years old and they spent most of their time in the beautiful pool area! It was such a wonderful place for them. There were 14 of us, and the space made it possible for all of us to have what we wanted--T.V., pool table, beautiful dining area, great sleeping accommodations, and much more!! The space was wonderful! As we walked into the door of this awesome place we were greeted with a basket full of goodies and a lovely welcoming card from Loretta. Beverages were waiting in the refrigerator and on the counter. Every bathroom had a hair dryer, soaps, toothpaste, etc. for the visitor's convenience. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our hostess! This was an ideal place to have this special family occasion!! Thanks so much for providing this special memory for all of us!! |

We recently completed our stay at the Hatchwell house for a week of Cleveland Indians Spring Training and sunshine. The house more than fit the needs of our 8 person group. We had all the amenities of a resort and more. The pool, hot tub & pool table kept us entertained while home, and we were only a short drive to Goodyear Park and several golf courses. The scenery was absolutely beautiful as well-I captured some of my best sunset pictures right from the backyard. This is definitely a home to consider if staying in the area, and Loretta was absolutely wonderful to work with! Thank you for extending your home to us! |

Our family recently stayed at this home and we were very pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us so that everyone had their own bed and noone had to sleep on the floor. We were also delighted to see that there were plenty of extra air matresses if some of the kids didn't want to sleep together. We especially liked the two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, that allowed us to be able to send the kids upstairs to watch their shows and the adults could be downstairs watching their shows. The table was big enough for all of us to sit around and eat together and there was plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking whatever we wanted. We did have some issues with the pool not being warm when we arrived, but the owner and pool guy were quick to react and get things fixed, even on a Saturday! The owner did call several times during the week to ensure the pool was working properly and we were very pleased with her friendlyness. The area was very nice with walking trails and parks close by so the kids could play basketball and soccer. This was a great location if you are looking for something away from the city and our family would definitly stay there again! |

The Hatchwell's place is a wonderful place to stay! My group (church mission team) had 15 and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of "elbow room". It was nice to be away from home and not have to stay in a hotel. Every aspect of this house is first-class! We will be back! |

I can't say enough about my stay at the hatchwell residence in phoenix. the house is beautiful and comfortable. even though I was on vacation and wanted to be out and about the beds were so comfortable that it was very difficult to get up in the mornings. I had four of my grandkids with me and they weren't bored not once, they learned to play pool when it was to hot outside, and in the afternoons they went into the pool and stayed until bedtime. it was great, can't wait to do it again. thanks to the hatchwells for a wonderful vacation. |

If you're looking for the perfect getaway for a group of friends or a week of golf for the guys here it is. Nothing like having the privacy of home to truly relax, because isn't that what vacations are all about? Hit Costco, book the tee times, then enjoy the pool while cooking your own gourmet meal. It's the best deal out there. Couldn't ask for more in a house that has everything one needs. We'll be back again! |

We were out to visit our son who lives in Buckeye. There were ten of us who stayed at the house, very comfortably , I might add. With the pool table and heated pool and spa there was plenty to keep adults, children , and grand children entertained. We had a terrific Thanksgiving feast at the large dinning room table. Preparations were a breeze because of how well the kitchen is equipped. The house was definitely command central for our week in AZ and we would not hesitate to use it again. |

We took five of our staff to Phoenix for a retreat and fun time. Loretta your home and the assistance you gave us made our retreat/team bulding a success. Your house is roomy, well equipped, clean, and the back yard pool/hot tub was a big hit. It was a perfect setting for our group and we will certainly be back. I would highly recommend your home for a company retreat or family vacation. Gary |

Loretta, My friends and I want to thank you for the amazing stay we had at your place. In fact, we only have one regret; it was way too short!!! Your place is amazing and has everything and even more than anyone could ask for a vacation time. I look forward to going back to Arizona, this time with my family, and stay at your beautiful house. Many thanks! Sylvain |

As a youth pastor my teens and I travel on a mission trip every summer. This year we helped Pastor Ryan Horkavy and the Crossroad Baptist Church in Buckeye, AZ (see www.crossroad-az.org to view pics from our trip!). I am always trying to find the best rates and most convenient location to the area we are going. I had made tentative arrangements at a local hotel and was ready to book when the Hatchwells offered this home as an alternative. And it fit the "bill" perfectly and literally! Because of Loretta's kindness our team saved close to $4500 on lodging expenses. The home was very adequate and the location was perfect which saved tons on the gas budget as well. Located in a beautiful part of town the teens and sponsors were able to be more efficient and closer than staying all split up in a hotel. Thanks to the Hatchwells for their great attitude and spirit of excellence! Jeff Webb |

Loretta, First let me thank you for being so great to work with. The house was awesome! We had 9 kids and 10 adults and never felt cramped. We rent a house every year for our reunion and this house is one of our favorites. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location, close enough to the city without being in the middle of it. Thanks for sharing your home with us!! The pool table was great for the adults and the swimming pool fantastic for the kids. Brundage Family |

This house was the best place for our class to stay. We were having trouble finding a place to stay but then we heard about this house. We were completely blown away when we walked into the house. It had enough room for all of us. It was alot nicer than a hotel because there was more room for us to hang out in. We especially liked the pool and spa. It was nice to have it to ourselves. The location was great as well. We didn't need to travel very far to reach our destinations. |

Our stay at your home was fabulous. The photos on the website do not even come close to showing its' true beauty. The location is perfect. There is so much going on in the area that requires very little driving. Several teams were holding their spring training, plenty of golf courses, and being Canadian, we obviously took in a hockey game. On another note, I am in a wheelchair, and the home worked out great! I claimed the bedroom on the main floor which is right beside a full bath, couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to be return houseguests! Thanks for everything! PS. The decor of the home is similar to mine. I got some great ideas! |

We had a blast! We stayed there during Spring Training, and everyone loved this place! Plenty enough space to be together and yet enough space to get away from everyone. It was close to ballparks, golf courses, shopping, and massages! We hope to get back soon. The only down side of telling everyone about how great this place is, will be that it wound be available when we want to rent it! Loretta, you've got a great house, and you were wonderful to work with, you're the right person for this place! Hopefully we will meet up with you during a Senior Softball Tournament. |

This was the second year in a row for me and my seven golfing buddies staying at this fabulous house. The home is spacious and offers plenty of room and amenities for just about anything one could ask for. It's location in Buckeye is perfect for us because we generally play most our golf in the west valley. If you want a top notch vacation home and a responsive home owner to address your every needs, this is the place for you. We've already made our reservations for spring 2009. |

Everything about this house is true. It is truely a beautiful home. You never have to worry about having enough towels, silverware & space. We had at least 12 adults in the home and we were never in one another's way. A bedroom for everyone. Having 4 bathrooms was great, no-one had to wait to use a bathroom. Having the security lock on the patio door leading to the pool made us feel so secure because of the children not being able to open it unless someone taller could open it for them. You will see that the pictures of the home on the website doesn't do justice for how beautiful the home is in person. Also, the location is nice as it is so close to I-10 and not far from attractions. We are planning on returning every other year. |

Loretta: We definitely enjoyed our trip staying at your vac home. From the moment we went in we knew we'd be having a grand time. Like what the guys said, " holy, like a really big bachelor's pad". Big enough space to play around, relax in the hot tub, play poker, billiards in the other room and watch the games on the big screen. Thank goodness we didn't bring the wives... :) To top it we even had a welcome basket waiting....didn't make it to the fridge though...9 guys? Everything else was awesome! I will definitely recommend your place and looking forward to another vacation in the future. Maybe this time with the little ones. Thanks again for welcoming us. |

We were in Phoenix for our son's wedding...this house was a wonderful way for our family from Michigan and Nevada to all be together. With plenty of room for privacy or togetherness and plenty to do, it was far better than any hotel we could have chosen. Everything you need is there with many conveniences nearby (grocery, cleaners, nail salon, etc...). We had our rehearsal dinner catered there and it was a perfect setting. It is a wonderful option for any vacation or group. |
