As a youth pastor my teens and I travel on a mission trip every summer. This year we helped Pastor Ryan Horkavy and the Crossroad Baptist Church in Buckeye, AZ (see www.crossroad-az.org to view pics from our trip!). I am always trying to find the best rates and most convenient location to the area we are going. I had made tentative arrangements at a local hotel and was ready to book when the Hatchwells offered this home as an alternative. And it fit the "bill" perfectly and literally! Because of Loretta's kindness our team saved close to $4500 on lodging expenses. The home was very adequate and the location was perfect which saved tons on the gas budget as well. Located in a beautiful part of town the teens and sponsors were able to be more efficient and closer than staying all split up in a hotel. Loretta, First let me thank you for being so great to work with. The house was awesome! We had 9 kids and 10 adults and never felt cramped. We rent a house every year for our reunion and this house is one of our favorites. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location, close enough to the city without being in the middle of it. This house was the best place for our class to stay. We were having trouble finding a place to stay but then we heard about this house. We were completely blown away when we walked into the house. It had enough room for all of us. It was alot nicer than a hotel because there was more room for us to hang out in. We especially liked the pool and spa. It was nice to have it to ourselves. The location was great as well. We didn't need to travel very far to reach our destinations.

Our stay at your home was fabulous. The photos on the website do not even come close to showing its' true beauty. The location is perfect. There is so much going on in the area that requires very little driving. Several teams were holding their spring training, plenty of golf courses, and being Canadian, we obviously took in a hockey game. On another note, I am in a wheelchair, and the home worked out great! I claimed the bedroom on the main floor which is right beside a full bath, couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to be return houseguests! Thanks for everything! PS. The decor of the home is similar to mine. I got some great ideas!

We had a blast! We stayed there during Spring Training, and everyone loved this place! Plenty enough space to be together and yet enough space to get away from everyone. It was close to ballparks, golf courses, shopping, and massages! We hope to get back soon. The only down side of telling everyone about how great this place is, will be that it wound be available when we want to rent it! Loretta, you've got a great house, and you were wonderful to work with, you're the right person for this place! Hopefully we will meet up with you during a Senior Softball Tournament.

This was the second year in a row for me and my seven golfing buddies staying at this fabulous house.The home is spacious and offers plenty of room and amenities for just about anything one could ask for. It's location in Buckeye is perfect for us because we generally play most our golf in the west valley. If you want a top notch vacation home and a responsive home owner to address your every needs, this is the place for you. We've already made our reservations for spring 2009.

This house was amazing, our family had a great time. The house provided us with lots of space for our group of fifteen. The home was very clean and well taken care of and we couldn't have asked for anything else. Thanks Loretta.

Everything about this house is true. It is truely a beautiful home. You never have to worry about having enough towels,silverware & space. We had at least 12 adults in the home and we were never in one another's way. A bedroom for everyone. Having 4 bathrooms was great, no-one had to wait to use a bathroom. Having the security lock on the patio door leading to the pool made us feel so secure because of the children not being able to open it unless someone taller could open it for them. You will see that the pictures of the home on the website doesn't do justice for how beautiful the home is in person. Also, the location is nice as it is so close to I-10 and not far from attractions. We are planning on returning every other year.

Loretta: We definitely enjoyed our trip staying at your vac home. From the moment we went in we knew we'd be having a grand time. Like what the guys said, " holy, like a really big bachelor's pad". Big enough space to play around, relax in the hot tub, play poker, billiards in the other room and watch the games on the big screen. Thank goodness we didn't bring the wives... :) To top it we even had a welcome basket waiting....didn't make it to the fridge though...9 guys? Everything else was awesome! I will definitely recommend your place and looking forward to another vacation in the future. Maybe this time with the little ones. Thanks again for welcoming us.

We were in Phoenix for our son's wedding...this house was a wonderful way for our family from Michigan and Nevada to all be together. With plenty of room for privacy or togetherness and plenty to do, it was far better than any hotel we could have chosen. Everything you need is there with many conveniences nearby (grocery, cleaners, nail salon, etc...). We had our rehearsal dinner catered there and it was a perfect setting. It is a wonderful option for any vacation or group.

Hatchwell's Our entire family of 16 truly enjoyed your spacious home. It was great for entertaining our extended family for Georgia's mother's 90th birthday. The home was clean, neat, and stocked with everything we needed. If we ever have the need again, we will rent this house once more.

Rob and Loretta... Thanks so much for sharing your fabulous home. It was a great place to have a relaxing weekend with friends, play golf and take in the Nascar race. The house had everything we could ask for. We definately would recommend your rental and hope to make it back next year!

We really enjoy our stay at the house. It was a home away from home. We had a wonderful time. The house was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and comfort for a family or large group. We enjoyed swimming in the huge pool and relaxing our sore muscles in the wonderful jaccuzzi. Don't ask about the pool table. We had a lot of fun at the table trying to beat each other in games that took us into the wee hours of the morning. We also looked forward into winding down the nigths in the very soft and comfy beds. The house on a whole was very beautiful, spacious, and nicely decorated inside and outside. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your home as our site for a meeting-place for our sales team, numbering half a dozen. We're a close group of co-workers who really enjoy being together, and your home served as a great gathering place for our meetings and our free time together. In addition to some golf and good weather, we chose this area in order to be near one of our very good customers and hosted a cookout for some of their staff one evening, which was a terrific time. Each of us could have our own bedroom, and there are plenty of bathroom facilities. But above and beyond the basics, we really enjoyed the great pool, hot-tub, pool table, big-screen TV, and ample kitchen. You even provided all the stuff we have grown accustomed to when we travel so much - shampoo, hair dryers, etc. We had no need for anything else. Plus... business folks need to have internet access, and we had no problems at all with your wireless set-up. Put it all together, and we had a great business time that bordered on being too much fun. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time soaking up the Arizona sun by the beautiful pool and spa. The comfortable beds made us feel like we were at home. Twelve women who were looking for a weekend get-a-way, from their children, husbands, and work, spent the most wonderful 3 day weekend at the "Hatchwells Vacation Home" We couldn't have asked for a better time, we all never laughed so much! Of course we shopped in Phoenix, however we spent most of our time, relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi day and night, watching movies on the huge TV, playing board games and pool, or just reading and visiting. The home is beautiful, and so clean!! It was better than a hotel, as we all had plenty of room and privacy when we wanted it. That's saying a lot when you have 12 women getting ready in the morning, and more importantly we were all still good friends and speaking when we left there!! None of us wanted to leave, as it was our own personal paradise in the Phoenix area. We can't wait to go again!!

I can't say enough about this beautiful home!! I don't hesitate in highly recommending this home as your relaxing vacation getaway. We stayed for a week and I miss it already. We had 15 people stay in the home and we never felt as if we were in each other's way. The kids loved the loft area as their own "private" space away from the adults. The home is very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is already there and plenty of everything from towles to silverware. Wireless access, fun pool, billards, poker set, cooking pans for every need, close by shopping, easy access to freeway and any destination. We took in a Diamond Backs game, the Grand Canyon, Wildlife Zoo, Golf and enjoyed the home for our "rest days." Most important to me, was that the home is so clean and neat. You truly felt like you were in your own home ~ and we often wished we could have moved in!! Loretta and Rob are very nice, honest, and very helpful home owners and a great joy to do business with. Don't look any further.....stop now and book your stay before someone else does! I could rave forever about the positive, relaxing experience we had staying in this home.
