Everything awaits your arrival, even the toothpaste! Located at I-10 & Watson, 35 min. from the airport, in the new Serenade at Sundance development, you will enjoy the best of both worlds with its desert view & star gazing from your spa, to the convenience of everything being close at hand.
This luxurious home has 6 large bdrms consisting of 4 queens, and a king master on the upper floor, and 2 full size beds in the 6th bdrm on the main. Each bdrm features 6 drawer dresser, lighted ceiling fan, reading lamp, clock radio, & southwest artwork & accents.
The Master (which is truly magnificent) also has a 38" TV/DVD armoire, additional furnishings, HUGE walk-in closet, & Master bath with soaker tub, shower, dble sinks, & a separate "toilet room".
There are 4 full bthrms including the Master with blowdryers & complimentary toiletries.
The kitchen is a cooks dream with its spacious design. Everything you need for a large group is here including 2 full sets of Wolfgang Puck cookware, indoor/outdoor settings for 16, wine, marguerita, indoor/outdoor glasses, & all appliances & gadgets you could hope for. The dining area is furnished with a Southwest "mission style" table seating up to 10 & overlooking pool/spa area.
The Great Room is truly that! With it's brand new 55" Sony HDTV/DVD/CD, home theatre system with Bose surround sound and comfy Southwest furnishings, it will truly be a place you will want to relax & watch the game or a movie.
For added convenience, there is also a fully furnished loft on the upper floor which includes a 38" TV/DVD as well as an office area complete with desk, chair, lamp, & stocked bookshelf.
If you're in the mood for pool, you'll love our brand new 8' Connelly Professional pool table in the gameroom. This large open area is located on the main floor & also has a dry bar with seating, couch & sofa tables. Poker chips & cards are also provided for added fun!
Outside, is your own "tropical paradise", with palm trees,ficus trees, and hibiscus adorning the large private backyard. There is no one directly behind you for added privacy as you lay back & relax on the oversize deck as you listen to the step-up spa cascading into the pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture as well as a brand new 50,000 BTU BBQ.
SPORTS FANS will LOVE the convenience. NASCAR - 15 min., Cardinals Stadium/Phoenix Coyotes - 20 min., Suns/Diamondbacks, 40 min., Spring Training - Mariners/Padres/Royals/Rangers all within 25 min.
GOLFERS take note: first Golf Course 3 blks. & additional 10 courses within 20 min. drive.
Horseback riding, hiking, shopping (including Goodyear Flea Market), restaurants, sightseeing all within close proximity.
Sedona, Grand Canyon, Tucscon, Nogales Mexico, Rocky Point, Lake Havasu all within easy reach as well and if you don't care to drive, take a bus tour!
