PRIMA PARTNERS WITH 7 BILLON NATIONAL U.S. COATINGS DISTRIBUTOR

Prima Developments Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the Sherwin-Williams Group (SW) that they have added Envirocoatings products to the vendor list of products that they make available through the approximately 3,000 Sherwin-Williams outlets throughout the U.S.   This compliments the distribution through the Dunn-Edwards chain that has stores in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and California.

Sherwin-Williams is the largest distributor of paints and coatings in the U.S.   Management recognizes this as a strategic milestone in its global expansion and ties in well with the North American media campaign beginning in December. The roll out plan includes the proprietary Ceramic Insulcoat with Cerylium targeting 600 Sherwin-Williams (SW) stores in the western   region of the U.S.   Sales in western Canada through ICI Glidden Color Your World continue to grow as the Envirocoatings product is adopted by developers and contractors.

Recent tests including the Cool Roof Rating and the California Energy Commission Title 24 compliance will aid in promoting the product brand recognition and growth of sales through both Dunn-Edwards and Sherwin Williams.
