ENVIROCOATINGS CHOSEN AS SOLE SPECIFIED PRODUCT FOR WEST COAST TOWN

Prima Developments Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received confirmation from the town of Tahsis that it has specified Envirocoatings Ceramic Insulcoat exterior coatings on all re-paints and new construction of town buildings.

The town of Tahsis is on the Pacific Coast with high exposure to wind and salt spray.   The plan includes revitalizing the village centre with a cruise ship dock, services, retail outlets and a renewal of the economy through ECO tourism, Adventure tourism and light industry.   Ceramic Insulcoat with Cerylium will provide the beauty, and long service life that the town demanded.

Management recognizes that this is a strategy that has been followed with centers like Albuquerque, New Mexico (see the News Release of May 10, 2007).   The Tahsis initiative is similar to the "Green" program there and follows the Company initiative of specifying the product in cities, towns and building chains such as restaurants and hotels.
